One of the top priorities of University of Virginia President Jim Ryan is to strengthen the relationship between UVA and the surrounding community. The President’s Council on UVA-Community Partnerships and the affiliated working groups engage with President Ryan and partners to make our community as strong and equitable as possible. Panelists discuss how the University has worked collaboratively to address key challenges to civic participation, including housing, workforce development, educational opportunities, and access to health care.
