Hamilton Lombard is the estimates program manager for the Demographics Research Group at the University of Virginia Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service. His expertise is in demographic change, particularly the different components of population growth and decline, population estimates, school enrollment projections, and the effect of government policy on population patterns. Lombard has worked in local and regional planning in Virginia and the United Kingdom. He earned his bachelor's degree in history and planning from the University of Virginia.
