Jonathan Colmer is an assistant professor in the department of economics at the University of Virginia, the Founder and Director of the Environmental Inequality Lab, and an expert in environmental economics. He received his Ph.D. from the London School of Economics in 2016. His research combines data with insights from economic theory and environmental science to better understand how economic activity and the environment influence one another.
