Kourtney Bradshaw-Clay serves as the director of partnerships at the Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI), where she cultivates relationships with schools, districts, universities, and workplaces. She identifies the appropriate tools and resources to foster a dialogue-centric culture within these communities. Drawing upon her background as an educator, Bradshaw-Clay champions dialogue through the lenses of restorative justice, mindfulness, community stewardship, and data-informed storytelling. Bradshaw-Clay is a proud alum of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (bachelor’s degree), Lesley University (MAT), and the University of Notre Dame (MNA).
