Molly Harlow

Molly Harlow is the Virginia Institute of Government (VIG) assistant director for leadership development at the University of Virginia’s Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service. Harlow leads all operational and educational aspects of the Senior Executive Institute (SEI) and Leading, Education, and Developing (LEAD) programs, among other leadership development trainings. She is also responsible for the Virginia local government Equity Clinic and all diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting work conducted by VIG. She has decades of experience working with local government teams and is a trained facilitator. Her other certifications include the Four Stages of Psychological Safety and Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead Teams. Harlow has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Capella University.
