BYU Student
Scott Moore, class of 2027 at Brigham Young University, is studying political science with a minor in professional writing, preparing for a career in law. Raised outside of Washington, D.C., he grew up immersed in the history and institutions that shaped the American republic. These experiences drew him toward a lifelong study of constitutional history and democratic governance.
As a research assistant with the Quill Project at the UVU Center for Constitutional Studies and a research fellow with the George C. Marshall Foundation, Moore has developed serious scholarly experience working with primary sources and constitutional frameworks. At BYU, he is a student associate at the Wheatley Institute, where he focuses on the American founding and contemporary peacemaking. He brings that same commitment to the 50 Constitutions project at UVA’s Karsh Institute of Democracy.
