Rob Allen is the Associate Vice President for Development at the University of Virginia, where he works with 16 school, unit, and priority fundraising teams. Rob joined UVA in March 2019 after seven years at Tulane serving as Assistant Vice President for Advancement. At Tulane, Rob was responsible for the reunion giving, leadership giving, and annual giving teams; school-based alumni relations; and individual giving directors. He played a key role in planning Tulane's $1.3B Only the Audacious campaign as part of the advancement senior leadership team. Rob has over 20 years’ experience in higher education, with frontline fundraising roles at Harvard Business School and Princeton.
